Online registration is the most preferred way. Delegates and accompanying persons are requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the registration form with appropriate fees. In order to avoid double charges, please submit your registration only once.

In general, the registration fee for delegates covers

• Admission to scientific sessions, industry symposia (except acc. persons)
• Admission to the industry exhibition
• Congress bag with numerous congress documents
• Coffee breaks

Registration will be confirmed only upon complete payment of the delegate fee and other services booked. On-site registrations are possible in credit card and cash during the opening hours of the registration desk. All discounted registrations must be supported by valid proof of status. Accompanying person registrations (spouses and non-physicians only) must be supported by valid ID for both spouses.

Upon registration for DASIL, you accept the following cancellation policy: We will refund 70% of the registration fee if written cancellation reaches CONGRESIONAL before August 15, 2022. We will refund 50% of the registration fee if cancellation reaches CONGRESIONAL before September 30, 2022. No refunds after October 1, 2022. Name changes are possible with a EUR 30.00 processing fee until September 30, 2022. No name changes are possible after October 1, 2022.

Upon completed registration, a confirmation will be sent to participants. This authentication should be presented at the registration desk on-site.

Payment should be made in Mexican Pesos, without charges for the beneficiary as follows:

• By credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX) – the cardholder’s name, card number, expiry date and CCV number must be indicated during the registration
• Cash via OXXO PAY in the online registration
• SPEI in the online registration
• On-site payments can be made with credit card
• Please note: cheques will not be accepted

CONGRESIONAL acts as an intermediary and is not responsible or liable for loss, accidents or damages to people or things during the entire congress independently of their origin. Any other agreement will only be effective if in writing and signed by both parties. CONGRESIONAL shall not be liable hereunder on whatsoever legal basis by reason of any cancellation of all or part of the event or by reason of any termination of all or part of the event ahead of schedule on account of any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of CONGRESIONAL (including, but not limited to terrorists‘ activities or administrative orders from national or local authorities, war, insurrection, civil unrest, strikes, etc.).
